Tenants and Membership

Pulse uses tenants to separate different operational or organizational contexts within a subscription.

A tenant can represent, for example, a production site, branch, business unit, or another part of the organization.

Tenants

Tenants are created within the organization’s Pulse subscription.

To view the available tenants, open Settings → General.

Select a tenant to open its available options.

Membership

Membership gives you access to a specific tenant.

A person can be a member of one or more tenants within the same subscription.

Tenant members

To view the members of a tenant:

1. Open the main menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General.
4. Select the relevant tenant.
5. Select Members.

The Members page shows the members who currently have access to that tenant.
