Pulse access is provided through an organization subscription. The selected Maturity level determines which Pulse functionality is available, and provides the basis for billing and payment information.
For current plan features and pricing, see the Pulse pricing page.
Access to Maturity level settings and billing information depends on your permissions.
Choose a Maturity level
Pulse currently offers the following Maturity levels:
| Maturity level | Description |
|---|---|
| Clarity | Includes Where to identify where money is being lost. |
| Rhythm | Includes Where and Why, without financial values. |
| Profitability | Includes Where and Why, with financial values. |
| Excellence | Includes Where, Why, and What for the complete Pulse workflow. |
The Maturity level determines which Pulse functionality is available to the organization and forms the base monthly subscription charge.
Open Settings → Billing → Subscription to review the current maturity level status.
Note
Changes to the Maturity level affect future billing and do not change previously issued billing records.
How billing works
Pulse billing is managed at the subscription level, not separately for individual members or tenants.
Billing is organized into monthly periods. Each period covers one calendar month.
The monthly charge can include:
- the active Maturity level,
- additional paid services,
- credits,
- discounts,
- and other applicable billing adjustments.
Additional paid services are billed separately from the maturity level and can appear as separate billing items. Available services and their prices depend on the current commercial offering.
