Where tells you where you are losing money.
It highlights a specific area where performance differs from a normal, expected, or better-performing state. This can relate to a production line, batch, product, stage, shift, material, piece of equipment, process, time period, or organizational unit.
What you see
Each Where answer contains a concise Pulse answer that describes the affected area and the observed deviation.
A Where answer typically tells you:
- what area is affected,
- what has changed or is outside the expected range,
- and how the current state compares with a normal, expected, or better-performing state.
Note
Where is designed to identify where the issue appears, not to explain its cause or recommend an action. Financial impact is also not shown at this level.
Reviewing Where answers
There can be multiple Where answers available at the same time. Use the navigation controls to move and review the subsequent answers. The answer position indicator shows which answer you are currently viewing.
The Importance indicator in the top-right corner shows the relative financial significance of the current answer.
